Common problems and solutions of wire harness processing

1. the thread sequence of the rubber casing is disordered

The holes in the rubber shell are three or four, and more than ten or twenty. The workers work continuously for a long time during the process of wearing the rubber shell, and the number of holes is large. It is very simple to insert the wrong sequence of the lines. The lines originally to insert the holes are inserted into the surrounding holes.

2. poor cutting

In the process of wire cutting, the cut is often irregular and copper wire is damaged. Therefore, we should adjust the corresponding knife value of different standard wire before starting the machine, and proper amount of test machine should be provided before mass production.

3. poor terminal (end pressure)

In this process, the terminal is not properly oriented, the terminal is not completely wrapped with copper wire, and the over wrapping of the terminal leads to the poor insertion of the outer skin, etc. these defects generally occur in manual terminal beating operation. If the terminal is hit by automatic machine, only the machine needs to be adjusted, and the probability of occurrence is small.
