Wire harness fixed point layout is reasonable and reliable

(1) according to the actual installation position of the wire harness on the vehicle, in order to avoid the drooping and displacement of the wire harness, considering the weight, fixing method and convenience of fixing position of the wire harness, the wire harness must have sufficient and reasonable fixing points and fixing methods for fixing.

(2) fix points are set according to the direction of the wire harness and the specific shape of the body. In the linear distance without fulcrum, the spacing between the two fix points is generally no more than 300mm; A fixed point can be arranged in the position of obtuse Angle inflection point. Two fixed points should be arranged at the right Angle inflection point. An acute inflection point is avoided in the wire harness.

(3) according to the shape and outer diameter of the wire harness, select the type and size of the fixed clasp, and meet the needs of bearing the weight of the wire harness.

(4) fix points should be considered at the insertion positions connected with other wire harnesses and electrical parts and at the appropriate positions not greater than 120mm before the insertion.

(5) consider setting a fixed point on the main line of the fulcrum position, and the fixed point shall be no more than 100mm away from the fulcrum.

(6) there must be enough space to facilitate the installation and disassembly of the fastener in the installation direction of the fastener.

Ii. Neat appearance and bunched configuration

(1) wiring harness should be arranged along the edge and groove (wiring groove designed by the car body) to avoid the wiring harness directly bearing pressure. No wiring harness exposed in the driving room; In the position where the wiring harness can be observed, such as the engine room, set eye-catching attractive point or eye-catching color, where the wiring harness installed is not prominent or conspicuous.

(2) in the projection direction, arrange them in a horizontal, horizontal and vertical chessboard style, avoiding diagonal arrangement.

(3) the gap between the pipe and the surrounding parts is even and reasonable.
